Dr. Jessica Mahlmann is an orthodontist serving our patients here at Baker Orthodontics. Her attention to detail and focus on esthetics makes her patient care exceptional. While she strives for perfection in every case, Dr. M is sensitive to the needs of every individual and treating the whole person.
Dr. M is a member of the AAO, ADA, CDA, PCSO, and KCDS. After graduating from College of the Holy Cross with a B.A. in Chemistry, she attended dental school at Columbia University, one of the few programs that includes two years of medical school. Her residency was completed at SUNY Stony Brook, where she received her Advanced Certificate in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics and Masters of Science in Biomedical Sciences with a concentration in Oral Biology and Pathology. She was specially trained in the latest technology and techniques orthodontics has to offer today, including how to treat multidisciplinary cases and craniofacial anomalies.
Recently married, Dr. M resides in Bakersfield where her husband was born and raised. They enjoy the outdoors with their unruly labradoodle, camping, and Bible study. Dr. M is grateful for the wonderful community of Bakersfield and to be serving you!
